The following post aims to point out my teaching beliefs as well as my teaching philosophies.
In brief sentences, I will concisely express my construes about teaching, learning, teacher's conception and role, learners' conception and role, the broader aim of foreign language teaching and learning and so on.
1. Education means equity, social participation, identity's self-discovery and reinforcement, and self and social development.
2. Teachers are learners' empowerers. The traditional view of teaching and teachers must be overcome in order to develop the learners' innate potentials.
